Tuesdays: 8am-10am, 1pm-5pm

Wednesdays: 10am-5pm

Thursdays: 8am—10am, 1pm-5pm

Fridays: 10am-2pm

Saturdays: by special request

Please let me know if you need an appointment later than 6pm. Virtual appointments are also available on any days listed

The days/times listed are subject to change, but I will give as much advanced notice as I can before any schedule changes.

If you need an appointment outside of the days listed, let me know and I may be able to accommodate.

Virtual Appointments

I will provide Telehealth (virtual) links to clients by sharing them manually, or through email and text Telehealth reminders. 

If you prefer to use a mobile device for your sessions, you may download the Telehealth by SimplePractice from the iOS and Android app stores.

To use a mobile device, your must first download the Telehealth by SimplePractice app, available for iOS or Android in the app store.

PRACTICE POLICIES & INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. This policy applies to both in-person and virtual appointments.

In the event that you cannot make an in-person appointment, a virtual appointment will be offered.

If an appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hour window and you cannot meet virtually, you may either pay in full for that session, double up on the next session, or add to the following 2 sessions at 25 minute increments. You will be charged for the additional time.

Payment

I do not accept insurance, all fees are due upon service.

Payments are set up with a card on file. If you do not wish to have your card on file, please let me know and I will run a card manually at each session.

You may also write a check payable to Amy Curle or use cash.

An invoice will be created for each transaction and available for your records.
