Welcome to
Life Restored
A space for healing, clarity, and renewed hope.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, a difficult relationship, or a major life transition—and wondering if things can really get better. If so, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
At Life Restored Counseling, I provide a compassionate, calming space for teens, adults, couples, and families to explore what’s beneath the surface—and begin the process of true, lasting healing.
What I Offer
I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you move from surviving to thriving. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your teen, your relationship, or your family, I tailor the therapeutic process to your unique story and goals.
Faith-Integrated Counseling
For clients who desire it, I offer counseling that honors your Christian faith and integrates spiritual support into the healing journey. You don’t have to choose between mental health and your beliefs—both can work together.
My Approach
I believe healing happens in safe, honest spaces—where your story is honored, your pain is seen, and restoration is possible. I’ll walk with you at your pace, offering presence, tools, and hope as you take the next steps forward.
Ready to Begin?
Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or returning to counseling after a hard season, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Take a breath. You’re in the right place.
Let’s begin the work of restoration—together.
EDUCATIOn
My educational journey has been shaped by a deep desire to understand people and help them heal. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Trevecca Nazarene University, followed by a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University. I also hold a Master of Education with a focus on Child and Family Studies from Bryan College—training that continues to shape how I support individuals, couples, and families today. I am also a Board Certified Christian Counselor (BCCC) with the International Board of Christian Counselors (IBCC).
